Terms & Conditions

 

• If submitting a claim for shortages, damages or defects either a written fax or

   email must be received with 7 business days after your item is received or

   signed for

 

• If a reprint has to take place, all items must be returned.

 

• Metro Printing & Promotions liability shall be limited to the stated sales price

  of any defective goods. We will not be liable for any consequential damages,

  such as profit loss

 

• Metro Printing & Promotions reserves the right to use any items designed and/or

  produced in future promotional pieces such as catalogs, flyers, websites or any

  other promotional material. If you do not wish to be included please send a fax,

  email or written request along and we will gladly approve it.

 

• Any legal disputes will take place in Morris County, NJ.

 

• If you cancel your order after acknowledgement, customer will be charged for all

  setup, apparel and pre-press costs incurred.

 

• We will honor any faxed, emailed or written quotes if submitted with your order.

  Quotes are valid for 30 days.

 

• All orders require a 50% deposit. Balance will be due before your order leaves

  our facility. We accept all major credit cards for your convenience. All rush orders

  require full pre-payment.

 

• We are not responsible for delayed shipments / exceptions from UPS or FEDEX

  once your order has left our facility.

 

• Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
